Return and exchange policy

1. Return of goods

We give you the right to return undamaged and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, you must provide a receipt or receipt of purchase. If you have the appropriate documents, we will refund you the amount paid for the product to your original form of payment. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping or return shipping costs.

In the event that an item is received in an incorrect condition, is damaged or is faulty, we request that you immediately contact our customer service team to resolve the situation. We are ready to exchange goods for a similar or alternative product if it does not fully meet your expectations. Please note that in order to exchange goods, you must provide a receipt or purchase receipt, as well as keep the original packaging and tags of the goods. We guarantee the possibility of exchange of goods within 30 days after purchase, provided that the goods are unused and in their original condition.

3. Exceptions

Please note that there are some items that are not covered by our returns and exchanges policy. These products include:

- Products received on special order or manufactured according to your individual request;

- Single-use items such as masks or gloves;

- Items not in original condition, damaged packaging or without original tags.
